Join me tonight at San Diego’s newest independent bookstore, Book Catapult on Thursday, March 8 at 7 PM.

The water footprint of one bottle of beer is 32 gallons of fresh water. Come listen and taste how to save water with your beer choice. San Diego’s first organic beer, Protector Beer will be available to audience members (of age). I heard rumors of chocolate offerings too (1 chocolate bar =449 gallons of fresh water).

The most effective place to save water is with our food. And the great news is when we support water-wise farm methods we are rewarded with nutrition and flavor.
Eat less water at your kitchen table.
There is power in the collective!
Be well,
Florencia
